Customer Credit History
Create a Customer Credit History to review summary information regarding the credit limit and current credit balance for an account. View summary Sales, Current, and Past Due balances by Financial period as well as payment record information.
Access |
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Customers. |
Grant permission to the individual report > Customers > Customer Credit History. |
Create Your Report
Choose a Responsible Location by entering a Site ID, or select F12 to search. Leave blank to include all.
If using Customer Group as found in customer detail, enter in this field.
Enter a Management Region ID if using or select F12 to search. Leave blank to include all.
Provide a Credit Manager ID or select F12 to search. Leave blank to include all.
Select a Period Range by using the drop down list available for
- Start- Select a Starting Financial period
- End- Select an Ending Financial period.
All Field Reps selected by default in Field Rep Selection. Select One Field Rep and enter the ID or select F12 to search.
Use a Customer Filter to limit the accounts included on the report. See Using a Customer Filter for more information.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.

Understanding Your Report
The Customer ID and full billing address is included on the report.
Details from the customer account include
- Credit Limit- Current Credit Limit for the account
- Current Balance- Current Balance due on the account.
- Highest Balance- Highest Outstanding Accounts Receivable balance for the account.
- Last IN/DM/CM- Date of the Last Invoice, Debit Memo or Credit Memo.
- Past Due Amount- Total Past Due amount on the account.
- Date of Last Payment- The Date a payment was last received on the account.
- Date Established- The Date Credit was established on the account from the Credit Established date field on the Accounts Credit tab.
- Last Credit Review- Last Credit review date from the Last Credit Review date field on the Accounts Credit tab.
The Responsible Location ID and Name associated with the account.
Credit Manager displays the name of the Credit Manager associated with the account.
If assigned to the account, the Management Region ID and Name is displayed.
Each Financial Period is listed regardless if there was activity on the account.
Total Sales for the period.
Gross Margin Total Gross Margin generated for the account and Gross Margin % Gross Margin percentage are displayed and are calculated using the formula below.
((Revenue - COGS )/Revenue) = Gross Margin ((Revenue - COGS )/Revenue) * 100 = Gross Margin percentage |
Past Due amount for the period.
The amount of any invoices Current Due.
Any invoices with Future Due dates.
Total AR is the total outstanding balance on the account.
Invoice Payment Record indicates the number of days for payment to be received on invoices.
