Customer Credit History

Create a Customer Credit History to review summary information regarding the credit limit and current credit balance for an account. View summary Sales, Current, and Past Due balances by Financial period as well as payment record information.

Access
Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Menu Security > Reports module > Main Menu > Customers.
Grant permission to the individual report > Customers > Customer Credit History.

Create Your Report

Choose a Responsible Location by entering a Site ID, or select F12 to search. Leave blank to include all.

If using Customer Group as found in customer detail, enter in this field.

Enter a Management Region ID if using or select F12 to search. Leave blank to include all.

Provide a Credit Manager ID or select F12 to search. Leave blank to include all.

Select a Period Range by using the drop down list available for

  • Start- Select a Starting Financial period
  • End- Select an Ending Financial period.

All Field Reps selected by default in Field Rep Selection. Select One Field Rep and enter the ID or select F12 to search.

Use a Customer Filter to limit the accounts included on the report. See Using a Customer Filter for more information.

Select Preview to view the report onscreen.

Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
